Fefe, as she is affectionately known, joined the Isibani family in June 2026 at a time when she was struggling deeply with alcoholism and desperately needed a change in her life.

Through the support and guidance she received at Isibani, Fefe developed life-changing coping skills that have helped her overcome her addiction and approach life with a renewed sense of purpose.

What has been particularly remarkable has been the transformation in her attitude and character. In a remarkably short period of time, Fefe made a 180-degree change, demonstrating commitment, willingness and a genuine desire to grow. It quickly became evident to the Isibani team that there was a natural leadership quality within her.

Her journey has not only been about overcoming addiction, but also about discovering her own potential and learning how she can positively influence those around her.

Recognising these qualities, Isibani is proud to have offered Fefe the opportunity to become a permanent member of the Isibani staff team. This represents a significant stepping stone in her recovery and a powerful example of how personal transformation can lead to purpose and opportunity.
